Learning to connect with the body changes everything.

You may be living with a kind of internal pressure that never fully turns off.You may have learned to name it as chronic stress, anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, or burnout.You may have already tried to shift it through meditation, mindset work, journaling, therapy, medication, supplements, or lifestyle changes.And yet something in you still feels like it’s carrying too much.A sense of tension that returns.
A nervous system that doesn’t fully settle.
A body that stays in a high or low level of activation, even when life is “fine.”
You might recognize:• A mind that keeps scanning, planning, or replaying
• Difficulty fully resting, even when you have time to
• A body that feels tight, tense, or constantly “on”
• Nervous system dysregulation that swings between intensity and shutdown
• A sense of disconnection from your body or yourself
Over time, this can start to feel normal.You get really good at functioning through chronic stress, pushing through, and holding it all together.Yet underneath that is often a deep exhaustion from living in survival mode. And also a longing to feel safe inside yourself again, to soften and breathe more fully.Thinking your way out doesn't fully work because the nervous system doesn't change through thought alone.The body needs space to unwind, release, and reorganize from the inside out.Somatic healing offers a way to gently support your nervous system in releasing long-held patterns of stress, protection, and overwhelm so that you can reconnect with presence, steadiness, and your own inner rhythm.

A body-based approach to healing

This work is for you even if you don’t have the words for what you’re feeling yet.Many people arrive here feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of what they need.We integrate trauma-informed somatic practices, restorative yoga, breathwork, touch, nervous system education, and Thai yoga massage to support healing through the body.This work is not about fixing you.It is about creating the conditions for your body to soften protective patterns, restore energy, and reconnect with its natural capacity for healing.

Nothing is promised when we work with our inner landscape.
This work is largely exploratory, invitational, relational, and evolving.
It's about creating a relationship with our body, its energy, and the spiritual supports available to us.

This work may support shifts such as:

  • Releasing past experiences held in the body: Somatic processing supports the completion of stored tension and emotion, allowing space for new ways of being

  • Staying resourced and grounded: Learning to work with your nervous system and remain present even in discomfort

  • Bringing back energy, vitality, and aliveness: Nourishing and strengthening your body and health through somatic and lifestyle practices

  • Moving through life with confidence and clarity: Tuning into your body’s signals, wisdom, and cycles, including menstruation and (peri)menopause, to access insight

  • Reclaiming play, joy, and delight: Awakening your senses and reconnecting with movement and pleasurable activities

  • Opening to intuition, love, and spirit: Deepening your connection with inner guidance and the energetic/spiritual support available to you

About Angela

Trauma-Informed Somatic Practitioner • Holistic Lifestyle Coach • Energy Worker

I guide people toward more open-hearted, embodied lives through connection with the body.My work is rooted in the understanding that real change doesn’t happen only through thinking or effort, but when we begin to work with what is held in the nervous system, the heart, and the body.With a background in International Development and Environmental Management, I saw firsthand how slowly systems change, and how they struggle to support the well-being of both people and the Earth.Over time, my focus shifted inward.
I realized: real change begins when we address unprocessed pain in the body and heart.
When we turn inward, we access our sovereign choice. We can consciously choose to stop fueling systems that thrive on disconnection and fear.For over a decade, I’ve woven together fitness, nutrition, energy work, and embodiment practice. Today, I focus on trauma-informed somatic healing and nervous system support to help clients feel empowered, vital, and whole.
