Many of us grow up learning to disconnect from our bodies and emotions to survive or keep up with life’s demands.Over time, stress, trauma, and daily overwhelm can make it harder to notice what’s happening within you or even what you truly need.By learning to access to your body and heart, you can restore connection and feel more alive and present.Imagine noticing moments where you experience deeper presence, warmth, and connection with your loved ones, and are able to gradually come back to your center when life gets too loud.Healing in relationship is vital, which means you don't have to figure it out alone.

Nothing is promised when we work with our inner landscape. Expectations of outcomes can actually block our greatest healing and potential.This work is largely exploratory, invitational, and evolving. It's about creating a relationship with our body, its energy, and the spiritual supports available to us.That being said, this work can support shifts such as:

  • Staying steady, resourced, and grounded: Learning to work with your nervous system and remain present even in discomfort

  • Bringing energy, vitality, and aliveness back: Nourishing and strengthening your body and health through lifestyle practices

  • Moving through life with confidence and clarity: Tuning into your body’s signals, wisdom, and cycles, including menstruation and (peri)menopause

  • Reclaiming play, joy, and delight: Awakening your senses and reconnecting with movement and pleasurable activities

  • Opening to intuition, love, and spirit: Deepening your connection with inner guidance and the energetic/spiritual support available to you

How I guide your process

A trauma-informed approach meets you where you are. This means I honor your experience, offer no judgement, and we work in co-creative process.I'm not healing you, I'm supporting you - with presence, practices, and guidance - as you explore and unfold within yourself.We may make use of breathwork, somatic bodywork, sound, intention setting, strength training, nutrition, menstrual tracking, mindfulness, and other self-reflective practices to met you where you are and support you in stepping into a more grounded, present, and vibrant life.

About Angela

Trauma-Informed Somatic Practitioner • Holistic Lifestyle Coach • Energy Worker

I guide people to live open-hearted lives, learning to respond with embodied presence instead of nervous system survival reactions.Before coaching, I earned a BA (Hons) in International Development Studies and an MSc in Environment & Resource Management. I saw firsthand how slow systemic change can be — and how entrenched systems work against the health and well-being of people and the Earth.My turning point came when I realized: real change begins within the body.The solutions I was seeking in corporate and governmental policy to resolve suffering and injustice turned out to be band-aids. The real solution was addressing unhealed bodies and hearts.When we heal our nervous and energetic systems and increase our embodied awareness, we access our sovereign choice. We can consciously choose to stop fueling systems that thrive on disconnection and fear.For over a decade, I’ve woven together fitness, nutrition, trauma recovery, energy work, community, and embodiment practices to help clients feel good in their bodies, access their innate power, and reclaim wholeness.
